Care Instructions

Wash your tee or sweater inside out in cold water on delicate setting. Avoid dryer if possible or dry on tumble dry low. Do not iron on print. Do not bleach. If your shirt or sweater is wrinkled upon arrival (from shipping in Poly Mailer bag), the wrinkles will relax out with first time wash.

When will my order ship?

As of mid January 2022 the current approx turnaround is 7-10 business days (this DOES NOT include shipping time - please note I'm shipping from Ontario Canada. This also excludes weekends & holidays). If an order is received after business hours (5pm) then the following day is considered first business day of processing. Tracking #'s are provided once they are scanned by the courier at the sorting facility.

Please note that colour slightly change from screen to print to photo used on each item is shown in the colour option photos, so the t-shirt/sweater you see in the photo(s) showing all colour options is the colour of font that will be used on your item (ex. Maroon t-shirt - white vinyl, White sweater - black vinyl) . We use top quality products only.

Do you make custom and personalized orders?

We do make custom or personalized garments.

Returns

If you have a question regarding my return policy please send me a direct message. Please note that I do not offer partial refunds. If a full refund is agreed upon I will require the item be shipped back to me in same condition it was sent. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you offer sizer larger than XL?

Yes! However please note that some sizes and colours have a higher cost because my supplier charges more for anything larger than XL. Also please note that the maximum width for a design is 11 inches so the design will be the same size on an XL as it is on a 2XL (or larger). Machine does not allow me to cut vinyl any larger than that.

Do you accept cancellations?

Since each shirt/sweater is made I will only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order.

Color Disclaimer

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual product. .
